China Post is scheduled to issue a set of 2 commemorative stamps themed "The 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions" on May 1, 2025. The stamps are titled "Hundreds of Millions of Workers Heart to the Party" and "Uniting and Striving for a New Journey" respectively. The total face value of the complete set is 2.00 yuan, with a planned issuance quantity of 5.7 million sets.

On May 1, 1925, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) was formally established in Guangzhou. Over the past century, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the ACFTU has weathered trials and hardships, always standing in solidarity with the Party, struggling alongside it, forging ahead with unyielding determination, working diligently to achieve remarkable accomplishments, and composing a magnificent chapter of progress.

The stamps adopt a se-tenant design with red as the main color. The first stamp, "Hundreds of Millions of Workers Heart to the Party", takes the Party emblem and the former site of the ACFTU in Guangzhou as the core elements, with an iconic red flag as the background and heart-shaped patterns as decorations. It symbolizes that the ACFTU has remained true to its original aspiration of aligning with the Party and traversed a glorious century-long journey under the Party's leadership. The second stamp, "Uniting and Striving for a New Journey", combines the ACFTU emblem, gears, chips, and the number "100" in its design. Set against an iconic red flag background, it is supplemented by elements such as urban buildings, ports, high-speed railways, aircraft, rockets, space stations, and workers. This symbolizes that since entering the new era, the ACFTU has continued to forge ahead under the Party's leadership, making greater contributions to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

This set of stamps is printed using high-screen-line photogravure technology, featuring distinct layers and vivid colors. With red as the base tone, gold ink is partially used to highlight the theme. Under ultraviolet light, the fluorescent effect enhances the overall anti-counterfeiting performance and aesthetic appeal of the stamps.

The set of stamps is designed by Xia Jingqiu and Yu Tong, edited by Gan Zhige, and printed by Beijing Stamp Printing Co., Ltd. using photogravure technology.
