Adjacent to Zhuhai City of Guangdong Province, Macao is located at the southern point of the Zhujiang Delta, west of the mouth of Pearl River, and only 40 sea miles from Hong Kong. The Friendship Bridge, which has another name of Xin Ao Bridge, is one of the longest steel reinforced concrete sea-spanning bridges in the world. It was opened to traffic in 1994. The building of Band of China, Macao Branch, the highest building in Macao up to now, is standing erectly among these buildings.
