Qu Qiubai (1899-1935), one of the earlier leaders of the Communist Party of China. One of the frounders of the revolutionary literary cause of China. Excellent proletariat revolutionist, theorist and propagandist. Originally from Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. Came to Shanghai in 1931. Removed to Hongkou in March, 1933.
